I've been reading through the forums ans haven't seen anybody mention the NV4500. I'm in the process of swapping out the 4.3 for the 5.3 and am wondering if it is worth keeping the 5-speed or just wait until i can find a decently priced t-56. The only thing that kills me about my tranny is the granny first gear. Any info would be awesome.
