    QUICK QUESTION

    Do you Think its better to buy a Kicker 12" CVX With kicker Box and a

    KICKER ZX750.1 amp..

    .or a kicker l7 15" with box and a cheap amp like Boss with lile 1200 RMS etc for the same price as the kicker sub,box and amp?


    another question the cvx is 4ohms and the kicker zx750.1 amp is rated 2 ohms 750 rms and 4 ohms at 450 rms ..so the sub would only get 450 rms because the sub is 4 ohms ?

    I would say get the L7 12" and push it with a 350.1 amp...from your choices. But if it was me, I would do 2-10" CVX subs pushed by a 450.1 amp. That is what I have and it sounds awesome.

    I have a zx750.1 pushing two kicker 10" l5's in ported boxes under my rear seat and it sounds awsome. The only problem Have is between that amp and the 500watt for my components my volts drop really fast when above half volume so you may also want to factor in a bigger alternator.
    Step 1. crus at it.
    Step 2. get a hammer.
    Step 3. torch it.

    I have never had an issue with a voltage drop, but then again, I have a 32% overdrive alternator pulley. I run 15 amps all the time--even with my system cranked and my efans on...

    i say go w/ the l7 12 and kicker amp i got 2 l7 15"s and i would say go w/ the l7 but you would put a amp on it that would sound like **** seein as how the l7 is 1,750 watt rms and tyhe boss amp only rms like 250 so its pointless

    theres one i saw it was a "GT" edition with like 1200 RMS at 2 ohms
