i ran my truck at the track tonight for the first time since the swap.....my truck is SLOW...i was so disappointed, first run was a 10.09...by the end of the night i got down to 9.97...which is in the 9's but i was still pissed!!
i did outrun a titan which was running like 10.20's, but then he left and a lightning showed up and just flaat killed me!!!! he was running 8.4's
i need more mods soon!
and im sure the wheels didnt help either....kept me from spinning tho.
dont feel bad thats low 15's. Like a 15.1 or a 15.0. thats good for what mods you have done. Do like that one guy here did and run 26'' dr's and get a hand held and a bigger truck and run the same time.you have a fast truck man. I ran a 15.3 with a 75 shot.
wow fast as me. and i have a lq9. I spun one tire down the track though. my truck is slow yours is fast for what you have done
well..thanks guys .... i woulda swore my truck was faster than my vw...but i guess not....maybe i should paint the bug and finish it...then focus more on my truck....being a full time student sucks!!!...no cash flow!!
gears and a stall will help you big time. my truck is so slow in the 1/8th. But I bet you in the 1\4th my time will be in the 13's. After about 50 my truck pulls really hard. Its funny to watch peoples faces when they beat me off the line and i zoom past them, they probably think I hit the spray
I saw your 9 second run....I showed up about 10ish friday night and I believe I saw that run am I right? man I had the itch but i didnt bring my DR's with me..I wanted to eat some lightining for lunch..lol

I joined a few months back..a few of my good buds are on here...I was having issues with my old set up .... I have since swapped out to a much m,eatier cam and changed a feww things to help prevent slippage and reduce weight...I smell 7's..should be there easy...but only track time will tell..
I think its funny because no one in town has ever actually seen my truck run..lol but I have had a few friends check it out and some people i dont evn know stop by and say hey and wanted to see my set up..
Anyway fast is Virgils truck.. he is mid 7 and high 11 truck me i'm just quick right now until I go to the track and put down some good times...all in due time
Are the TNT's always as dead as they were friday night or was it just the time of day we came? Me and Danny (Sprayed99) were there in my truck and we didnt even have to pay to get in..

well...this fri was the first tnt night of the season so it should pick up some once more people know bout it....i think im gonna take my 71 vw bug out there this week and see what it will do...come race me!!....last time i ran it i went 9.5, so it should be an easy kill for ya!
