    Exhaust Opinion

I have been looking at having my exhaust done on my Sierra Denali. I don't want anything too loud so I think I'm going to go with the Magnaflow 3 1/2" inlet Dual 3" Outlet b/c the truck has 3 1/2 exhaust from the factory. I'm also going to use the Magnaflow 3"inlet/3.5"outlet tips. Here's some pics of the tips. Anyone have an opinion on this stuff?

    And so it begins......

You'll like the magnaflow, the quality is very high and the sound is great.

I love my Magnaflow. Quiet when cruising but loud enough when you get on it!

Yeah I had a Magnaflow on my 2000 Silverado and liked it. It should sound a little different though on the bigger motor. As for the tips, they are pricey but they look good and I want this truck to look good. I like the double-walled rolled tips and I can't really find them anywhere else.

Yeah the Corsa exhaust kit for my truck is over $1200 I think. If I go with this Magnaflow muffler and the tips it will only cost me about $450-500 with installation.

How are you going to display the tips out back? Both exiting on one side? One on each side at the corners? Etc...

You want tips like these? Or these? You can find all of your exhaust needs on Ebay for HELLA cheaper than you thought...

I plan on going split out the back. I would go behind the wheel on each side but I'm not sure how it would look on a NBS truck. I don't like either of those tips. The one I posted is double-walled but it's not rounded on the edge. I like the sharper edge and it's kinda hard to find them, but I will keep looking.

These are my Meg's tips, rear existing, oval with rolled lip and angled. They are stainless, so very easy to clean back up.
