Yes, that truely is an LS6 intake. The main difference between the LS1 and LS6 intakes is to look at the bottom. The LS1 intake had a curved bottom, and the LS6 intakes had the flat bottom. From the pics on Ebay, it looks like the bottom is falt, so it is a LS6 intake for sure! 
GM put the LS6 intake on all LS1/LS6 motors (F-body and Corvette) in and after 2001.
