    First off, I must thank everyone for standing behind me (some kicking) while going through this tough time. The list is long, but distinguished (kinda like my Johnson )

    Special thanks to (in no particular order): Allen and the crew , Greg, Kurt, Cody, David, Jeff, James, motocycleguy, and anyone else I missed (I had to go back to my original thread from June 2006!) who gave their
