    Some New Stuff

    Saturday im goin to a skid school for the day with my pops, so im dropping the truck off and getting it alligned, new rocker panels, new front control arms, and i think im gonna have him install the vette servo while its there. Im hoping she will drive very nice after that.

    Well i bring in my truck to the shop today and show the guy the vette servo and he tells me he cant install it on my truck unless he drops the tranny.....

    i might be wrong but i think hes fos.mine was installed in the truck.

    Then don't have him do it - because he doesn't know what he's talking about. You don't need to drop the trans to put the servo in.

    ya i kno im not gonna go to him, i think im gonna do it myself, i just didnt wanna touch my tranny much in case i did somethin to it but ill see

    I did mine in a gravel driveway and some cardboard....um...and i didnt pull the trans!What a dumbass! I cant understand how these guys stay in business

    You can do it with the tranny in, but you will need some decent leverage to shove the new servo back in place so that you can fully install the keeper ring. Its a very easy process...
