    2008 Denali truck w/6.2

I went and drove a new Denali truck this past weekend and I must say ...Im impressed. For a 7000lb AWD truck, that sumbitch will put you back in the seat when you nail it and I love the six speed w/the manual shift option on the shifter.I wanted to drive the 2WD model but they didnt have any in Denton. The exhaust sounds really good...kinda rumbly but not too loud and we were driving it in the rain and it felt very safe..as far as traction and all. When you turn the traction control off it had quite a bit more punch to it.So overall with a tune and an intake I bet this thing would be pushing 430-450 hp.The LS3 is what Im going to be looking for my next motor.I told Dad if you buy that thing....dont leave it unattended or the motor could disappear or be swapped for a 5.3....49000.00 is alot for a truck that probably going to get 11mpg around town

will these 6.2 s fit our applications if we built one /ordred one .llike a block and built it up too whatever specs we wanted .i mean is everything the same as ours ?if it was bought as a bare block and bolted our parts on too it so it would bolt in our trucks.or recip assembly even.im thinking if i bought 1 then put my s/c and bolts on it.seems like a good buils if so.

Everything drops in/bolts right up. Reluctor wheel might be different, nothing major to change. After reading your sig, it has a bigger bore. some of your internals would not fit in bare 6.2 block. All components bolt up

Don't you hate it when practical wins. Oh well, atleast he's got a very nice/ fast truck and can haul more than 2 people around. I lost that battle too! The wife didn't go for haulin a baby in the trunk of the vette. Baby is a 4 letter word, how come that doesn't get edited?
