    ok fellas i got 6000 to play with i want suggestions i have a stock LQ4 with long tubes my thoughts are PRC stage 2.5 heads with a magic stik 4 cam i have a fast intake 78mm i will get a tb, stall and 4L60e build. I bought a zex nitrous kit from lowred99 but after i bought it it realized i wouldnt work for my setup so im getting a nitrous express kit with the whole works blow down purge bottle heater msd window switch. i already have that stuff. So with my setup what would you do with 6k

    Heads cam Torque converter trans intake and throttle body + nitrous. Or just see Nelson Performance or Trturbo

    nothing against nelson but i dont believe in mail order tunes. We have a dyno at the shop so its geting a dyno tune

    I was talking about for all the mods. They know what they are doing. I have no problem with my mail order tune. I do wish I could have a live street tune but 14hrs of driving is a little too much for me.

    i would talk to mel. they are the only ppl i would trust with my truck

    Get you a fully built trans from FLT first.
    That way, your truck is ready for the power. A posi and gears will do great as well.
    Then spend the rest on power mods.
    That way, you don't spend all your money on engine mods, then have a broken down truck you can't drive due to a bad trans.

    No doubt about it. Your trans and rear are going to die if you apply power.
    I know from experiance.

    Very true!! As far as mail order tunes, Allen is spot on with his. Don't get me wrong, a live tune is always better, but for a year and adding all the mods in my sig, and I couldn't be happier with my mail order tune. He's probably the best there is tuning blind!! Get the built trans and hit it with a shot of 250!!

    i second this for damn sure i have every bolt on there is , and by far allen nailed the tune down..
    Simple: 408 on steroids!
