    It looks ok its nce and smooth I was just bored and wanted something to do dont be to harsh on me if its wrong

    and yes i took the butterfly out when i did it

    Now it needs to be polished! Before you do though see if you can flatten the inside a bit more...Where the ridge kinda humps up before the butterfly blade

    Start with sandpaper, about a 320 grit, and go from there to a 800-1000 grit. Then get some aluminium Mag polish and use plenty of Elbow grease, might want to remove the butterfly once again to get it completly through the bore.
    2006 1500 CC/SB with the 5.3L and Nelson PCM.
    soon to come is a intake and exhaust. (wifes truck)

    Other vehicle is a 03 2500HD CC/SB 6.6L DMAX straight piped and Edge stacked with Superchips and gauges, Loves to eat rice for sure! Fartcan exhaust makes it better!

    do ya have too retune after this ,i know i stayyed with same mm t/b just went too bbk and ran like sht ,curios if this guy is gonna start his truck and go holy sht what did i do.

    did it run any better. Or is there any diffrence you can tell at all? Thinking about doing it to mine since the roads are covered in snow?

    It helps in the top end power of the motor.....Its a free mod kinda but it takes a little while if its your first time....My friend polished his Camaro V6 TB with some kind of dremel polishing solution and his looks like a chrome rim on the inside..Mine is very shiny too thanks so Green 6.0 If you need info ask him!
