    Servo's

So what's the deal with the Corvette servos? What exactly are the benefits and what is involved in installation?

you will benefit a firmer harder shift from the 1-2 shift also install the 3-4 vette servo.especially with a shift kit and a tune

Corvette servos have about 50% more apply pressure due to the servo being larger with a larger surface area... Sure, it gives a firmer shift, but it is the spring and line pressures which also help give it the firmer shift more than just the servo alone... Some benefits are firmer shifts, quicker shifts, doesn't wear out or burn up as fast, etc. The install is easy...you can leave the tranny in... Just take out the clip that holds it into the side of the tranny---pop it out and pop it back in... Pretty easy and straight forward... But I would also recommend getting a longer servo pin to get the band adjusted to the right clearances...

What about servos from TCI are they better? Thinking about their race overhaul kit, along with a tci beast sun shell. and a yank tt 2600 stall.
