You have a clog, either in the orfice tube or in the dryer.

What is the high pressure reading?? Should be in the 250 range and your correct on the low, 40-45 is perfect.

ok i rechecked and blew through everything once again, i am now thinking is it posible that the tune needs to be programmed or altered, what i am looking at it the reason why i had high pressure on the low side was cause the e fans didnt kick on, now when i jumped the low pressure switch to kick the compressor on one fan came on .... so my question now is ya think its in the tune something needs to be turned on reset or what ? TIA

disconnect the jumper for the fans to kick on when the a/c comes on. I had a similar problem with mine. They work great after 1,500 RPM, but at idle they would click on and off, or nothing at all.
