I reccomend West Coast Clyinder Heads. I have them on my truck and love them. Great customer service too!

Depends on what kind o money you are looking at spending. PRC's from Texas Speed are great bang for the buck heads and their customer service is second to none. There are proven combinations with their heads. If money is no problem then give Vengeance a call for some ported Trickflows. if you are going to ever go to a bigger bore engine then save the dough and as said before some l92's would be my choice. mario
03 Silverado SS: custom tune, Volant CAI, P&P TB, dual 255 FP, Magnaflow muffler, Pacesetter's, PI 3500 triple disk, ASP UP, 2 stage juice.
L92s are way too large for a 5.3... I'd stick with some massaged 317s for a 6.0 before the L92 heads. Port velocity equals your torque.
