I AM CHANGING MY GEARS FROM A 3.73 TO A 4.10 SOON. I HAVE A 4L80E ALREADY AND THE GEARING IS SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT THAN THE 60E. 2.48 1ST, 1.48 2ND, 1.00 3RD AND .75 4TH. THE COMBO. GEAR RATIOS WOULD PUT ME CLOSE TO A 60 E WITH A 3.73 GEAR ALTHOUGH 4TH GEAR IS A LITTLE HIGHER ON THE 80E.
ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS ON THIS BEFORE I ORDER ANY PARTS? I RUN A 29.5" TIRE RIGHT NOW. THE SLICKS WILL BE A 28", IF THAT HELPS ANY. I WOULD GO FOR A 4.56, BUT I THINK THE GAS BILL WILL KILL ME SINCE ITS A DAILY DRIVER.
