Tonight I met some army guys going back to Iraq after 2 weeks of leave. I thanked them for their(and bought some food and beers) service to me my family and my country, They put their lives on the line(and leave their family) to fight for world freedom, for you and me. Words can't decribe my thanks for their work and dedication for what they do as a job. They go about fighting and in some cases giving their live and seeing others give their lives to keep us free. Some take for granted what they have, I hope I never will!

How true that is, I am annoyed by most of Hollywood for their outlandish opinions and obscene comments on this country. If it is THAT bad here, move yourself to some 3rd world country...then see how many people will spit on you crawling back here.

Those are the same type of people I have NO respect for...the ones that spit on my Father returning home from Vietnam back in 1968 after the Tet Offensive. Bleeding heart liberals, extremists, etc. I DESPISE Jane Fonda for her acts in Vietnam...I am honestly suprised someone did not kill her when she returned to the US. That tubby director (Rob Reiner I think) with his "opinions" on the war in the middle east...that boy also better watch himself.

Sorry for my ranting but some stuff I just can not take anymore of.

So, why didn't any of the hollywood celebs go and act as human shields? Why get on national news and say something and not do it, how hipocritical is that?

Why? My best guess is they have NO ethics what so ever. Sure let us express our off the wall views on the country as we are of a higher status and the people will listen. NO Keep that to yourself. :flipoff:

If I was a person of a stature such as that I'd be as neutral as possible to the public on my political views. No reason to put your career on the line to show off. It doesn't impress me.
