Seriously, the SHO has been around for ever... But sadly Ford stopped making them in 2000.

The SHO game me mixed emotions...the bad emotion--IT'S A FREAKING TAURUS. Good emotion--A Yamaha-sourced, high revving V-8 (probably pulled it out of one of their outboard boat motors). Anyway, it had the mechanical make up of something that could be cool, but they threw that motor in a heavy Taurus. IMHO, they should have stayed with the 3.2L V-6 that came in the original SHO's...

In any case--when you pull on any SVT (or SHO in this matter), it is a good kill in my book!
