I'm sellling my red 1995 Z28 due to the never-ending tuition bills. So here's what I have:
Red/blk roof, t-tops, blk leather, fully loaded, 130,xxx miles on body, about 9,000 on rebuilt auto trans (shifts great and barks the tires at 1/2 throttle), 92,000 miles on the LT1 out of a '94 Z28 (the original engine blew the head gaskets). It was stock up till about 3,000 miles ago when it got a GM Hot Cam kit (roller rockers, cam, and valve springs), K&N intake, Magnaflow catback, underdrive pulley, tb airfoil, and pcmforless.com tune.
It runs good and has very good manners, but performance would benefit HUGE from a set of long tube headers and a 3.73 gear. It still has the stock 2.73's and they kill the performance (it will do 92 mph in second gear)! It also has a set of clear markers in front. The car is not perfect, but is not torn up or beat on and is honestly much nicer than most Camaros on the road these days. I'm sure you have an idea of the $$$ invested in this car, so I won't go into that (too painful) .
I am asking $5,000 FIRM and have a set of chrome 17" 10-spoke SLP Camaro SS wheels/tires available that really make the car look great for an extra $650. I also have a low-mile series 3 posi carrier with 4.10 gears that I may throw in depending on the price of the car. I can email pics to anyone interested. kwurmnest@bradley.edu. I am located in central Illinois and wouldn't mind driving a little ways to help with delivery.
