and a side note im on a nelson mail order tune sprayin a 200 shot on a stock block....

i will tell you this, in my roommates 08 vette we are having problems with the trans making the shifts while spraying...it's on a 2 stage 175 shot, he comes out on the 75 and hits another 100 on it...it will almost always make the shifts on the 75 alone but not on both kits together, it will bang rev limiter everytime....i have the tune set to shift at 5800rpm and the rev is 7000rpm....there is no aftermarket stuff for the 6spd trannies yet and thats the prob...a simple shift kit would fixed the shifts for sure...his trans he already broke is sitting at RPM waiting for parts to be machined...his will be the first of the built 6l60's made by RPM

Is the car still running right now? I had a similar issue with another 07 and 08 vette that did the same thing, I fixed it in the tune, so, if you want, send me the file or matter of fact, just the stock file and I'll make the one simple change I did to fix it.
I don't want to see your tune or anything, that's why I suggested sending the stock tune and you can simply view changes and see what table I altered. I think it might fix it.

The 07 we installed the 3600 stall, 100 shot, and vortec v-2 on had this issue, it doesn't now.

Maybe Parker knows the answer, since he's full of technical knowledge that is just waiting to be unleashed!

Lol i could careless if you see my tune..it's really LG motorsports tune i just tweak the shifts at the track and what not....ours is stalled and geared...it shifted fine with stock gears but not with the 3.15's...3.42's were even worse in it....pm me your email and i will send it to you when i get home

thats what im thinking could be a problem too....

the trans doesnt have enough "power" to disengage and reangage the gears with the added power and torque.... so it has to basically hit the limiter so it loses all power and is able to shift, maybe?

but then again, theres other people supposedly making more power and not having these issues with the exact same trans, so who knows...............
