What is that vacuum adapter fitting? I've never seen anyone mention that in their build thread

Looks like the one for the intake manifold to the brake booster. His engine probably came from a truck with hydroboost which would have just had the plug version of that fitting.

oh worked out cool..i transferred the plugs from the old harness to the new one. however on the neutral safety switch there are about 3 or 4 wires that dont connect to anything. ill take a pic tommorow but i know one is for vss but not sure about the other ones. Also i have a buddy who just put a 6.0 in an impala ss and he didnt use that plug on the driver side of the trans. not sure how tho..

Try putting it between the last two primaries. I'm pretty sure that's where mine is, but it's been a while since I've looked at it.

ok so finally got my pcm back tuned and ready to go...decided im going to ditch the stock pcm for 2 reasons..because this harness was customized for someone else there isnt any room to mount the ls pcm and the stock pcm. the fuse box abs and all that is in the way. plus i have my tac module mounted and plugged into the pedal. i went through the stock harness and this time i removed all the unused stuff completely

then i removed the pins from the stock pcm connectors i needed. looks like they will plug right into the ls pcm no problem..

    so this is whats left...

oil pressue, water temp, starter solenoild wire, a/c controls, alt wire (i think should show the voltage?) and a few misc plug i have no idea about..

    these...

few wires that go nowhere now...

so tomorrow i will try to plug everything up and see how it works.
