    And there ya have it. I really liked the way my 99 sounded both inside the cab and outside, it had duals exiting in front of the rear wheel. There was still a slight drone at around 40mph especially going up hill. I used to like the loudness but I've entered the ranks of oldman-hood. Granted I still have 40's on my goat but it's supposed to be obnoxiously loud.

    hey bro i have a 3inch pipe cat back exhaust with the 70 series flowmaster muffler. best exhaust setup ever. it dumps out right over the rear end. it has a nice little rumble at idle. sounds like the new caddilac escalades. when you do get get on it, it does get loud. crusin on the freeway it is almost un noticable. i definately reccommend this setup. its quiet for crusin and has a nice rumble. and growls when ur on it.
    2006 1500 crewcab
    5.3 flex fuel.
    mods include cst 4 inch spindle lift and 1 inch spacer up front.
    rancho adjustable shocks.
    performance mods: k&n CAI, Hyperpac programmer and flowmaster 70 series with 3" mandrel bent pipe.
