I know what you guys mean about the dyecoat on the dashes and such too. I can't remember how many 03+ trucks I have worked on that have had the buttons just about worn white. Also how careful you have to be withthe ac controls when replacing the junk factory radios(especially 6 disc). I usually removed the controls to keep from scratching them. I bet I have seen at least 50 trucks/SUVs with jammed up factory 6disc. This is why I will stick with my 99-02 silvys. I also can't remember how many trucks I've seen with the dashes flaking up either. SEM makes a dye coat that is pretty similar to the stuff that is on there I believe, my lil bro is in the process of changing the interior color in his caprice and the stuff has turned out great. I just don't know how long it will last under day to day wear and tear

come on dude... its a truck, not an enzo. ha ha. If I yelled at my wife for touching the paint on any of the vehicles we have owned, or ever will own, I would feel really bad. However, I have gotten upset at the angry door slam of your not getting any. Dont hurt the car/truck because your mad at me.

that was a little rash, I dont really yell at her. I do give her a hard time but then again I live to do that. I am just a very very VEEEEERRRRRRYY picky dude, I dont like fingerprints on my truck that I detail once a week. It's really not that big of deal to me...yet. After I repaint it and make it a garage queen then that will be a different story. The original owner was just as picky as I am so I try to keep it the same way. You think I'm bad with the truck, you should see how much of an arse I was about my GTO before the garage ceiling caved in on it. I know what you mean about the "dont hurt the truck cos your mad at me" too but thats a different story.
