The O2's are not getting heated enough with those headers on. The fix is... maybe incorperating a heated front O2 sensor(not sure if it is on truck or not) or the header companies putting their bung in a new location. These new pcm's read so fast! I'd say with you're minimal mods, the stock manifolds will move plenty of air... and solve you're O2 nightmares... For now until you go TVS or turbo, you won't need the headers anyway with turbo

well, it almost seems like the vette sensors have fixed it... ive driven well over 1000 miles since i went up to Nathans and he wired them correctly and the light hasnt come back on, its not surging or anything like it was when im coming to a stop and im at about 15.5 mpg. i still want to get is scanned or whatever you would call it to see the last time the codes were set off to make sure its fixed completely and not just kinda fixed so the codes arent coming up enough to set the light, but for now it seems to be doing pretty good!

Great! Now get some incrementally larger fuel pills for the nos and keep increasing the fuel pill size until the truck starts slowing down. Make two passes and check time slip, change pill and see if times decrease. Keep doing that until you slow down.
