a vortec 350 or a 5.3?

i can find 350 real easy and cheap..but all the 5.3 seem like they got more power to me

i love the gen 1 sbc's i have plenty of them,but now im partial to the ls,when u buy a fuel injection set up to go on a sbc your gonna have as much in it as a used low mileage ls,If your doing a swap go with the ls,you will be so much happier,and yes a stock 5.3 has more HP than a stock vortec 5.7,My 5.7 denali wont pull a hair out of a cats ass.My C3 sierra 6.0 wont flinch with a loaded car trailer behind it.
