    I would think FLT uses a decent separator plate...if you want to send it up though I'll cover shipping. Thanks Bryan...

    Well got most of it done. Left the upper 4 bell housing bolts for another night. The fuel line bracket on the left is a 13mm I beliebe but I couldn't for the life of me get it loose. Gotta use about 3 extensions to get on it and it just wasn't coming off. Socket kept slipping, yada, yada. Anyway, after that it's just the trans cooler lines and it's ready to go.

    I would kill for some ratchet wrenches.

    Should have driven it up here in 2nd gear. Could have had it out in 20 minutes....yet the 3 hour drive would have sucked.

    remove the crossmember and tilt the engine and trans downward to access the top bolts from below with extensions.

    Yep. He speaks the truth. Never heard of trying from the top until Tyler (the missing guy) spoke of such.

    Already got the crossmember out and have a small jack under the trans pan. It's let down most of the way. The 13mm bolts are giving me fits.

    It was probably him that tightened them when we put the engine in.
