Nelson installed my gears and tru-trac the last week and also did a re-tune, now that they are all broken in I'm starting to play with the truck some.

Today I did some WOT pulls and I will be surprised if I don't see some significant gains from the swap, I mean my truck is much, much quicker now.

I was out showing a few buddies this afternoon and they add about 500 lbs of weight to the truck and it still pulls faster and harder than before.

I am taking her to the track on the 18th to see where she is at now...update coming soon.

FINALLY got my truck weighed, 5400 lbs on the nose. I weigh in at 290 lbs so at the track I am racing 5,690 lbs.

I weighed her twice once with the whole truck on the steer axle scale and then once with her centered half on the steer axle scale and half on the drive axle scale.

Total weight both times was 5400 lbs.

Steer Axle Weight = 3080 lbs
Drive Axle Weight = 2320 lbs

The 5400 lbs is with 1/4 tank of gas, with 20" wheels & tires, bed lid, bed rug, trailer hitch, ball mount and spare, but with no driver.
