Hey guys, First off just want to thank everyone and this site for helping me out on my previous 5.3L swap in the 93 I had! Was a very fun build and loved the performance of the 5.3 in it. I have since sold it and now focusing on my 91 Silverado. It currently has a 95 LT1/4L60e in it that I swapped few years ago. Im wanting to update it to some LS power now so I picked up a '03 6.0L and am looking to boost it. Im new to the forced induction but am gathering info here and there about it. Here's what I have in mind right now. Please feel free to critique it and any help in appreciated!
I already have a LS6 cam and springs laying around I was gonna throw in it.
list of things to purchase:
76mm ball bearing turbo, wastegate, blowoff, Gonna try and use stock LS flipped manifolds if I can, oil feed from port above filter, drain back to pan with tapped fitting, 42# injectors? I have the Holley High Ram intake kit ordered as well. Main concern is fuel system. Is a single line feed enough and how about a 255 in tank pump or need dual? Is an adjustable regulator needed or can I use the Corvette filter/regulator as in my previous 5.3L swap?
Here's a pic of the truck and its current state.
Thinkin of putting a fleetside on it later..
