    They don't qualify metric threads that way that I've ever seen. The 1.5 in the thread size means it is 1.5 mm between threads, that is definitely a coarse thread.

    Or just go buy the exact one you need and a tap handle. Most taps in a set will be unused and a waste of money IMO.

    the closest i found to a .3425 is a 11/32 is that the one to use or should i use a 15/64 i think thats what i seen which measures out to a 9.xxmm thread an the next one is a 10.0xxmm thread

    i got a 10mm bolt from work an it falls into the 9.9xmm hole which is a 25/64th it wont fit in a 3/8 hole which will give me room to tap it. an a 11/32 is way to small of a hole...

    hmmm... hole is larger? You may have to put a helicoil in it to hold it. I haven't crossed this bridge yet so I am not sure what the issue is. Someone mentioned putting the knock sensors in the holes up where the motor mounts are, the extra two that aren't being used.

    i had a drill bit sizer..its a plastic card with holes an has the measurements for what drill bit..i guess thats what its called. hurry an find out an tell me the best way

    If you put the knock sensor thread into the drill bit card, what is the nearest size? I'm still unclear as to which knock sensor you're trying to put on your engine. Single wire Gen3 or dual wire Gen4? The harness you are having built is for what?
