    Well im back to needing a trans again. THe guy sold it out from under me.

    I have a raptor 4L65-E stage 4 with a 2200 stall and it only has
    1,000 on it it is rated up to 1,000hp.. not a 80-E but it is a stout mofo.....I paid all in all with all the upgrades Mag-hytech pan ect around $4,000 for it......asking $1,400... just a thought....let me call my bud in GM parts he might be able to work some magic!!!!!

    Best he could do is $1500.00 and $2500.00 for the GM performance one. and that's my whole sale price....

    It's not rated for 1000 hp at the flywheel or not. No 4l60e is behind anything heavier than a go kart.

    Still searching for a good 80e. I found one with 117k for $500 with a $50 core charge. Good deal or too high mileage? Dont know how long an 80e last mileage wise.

    Thats a good deal if they give you a 60-90 day warranty. What year model 80e is it? They giving you a converter with it?

    Yes converter is included and It is LKQ they are a big salvage yard chain. I believe they give 30 or 60 day warrenty.
