Sounds like 4.56s is where it's at. I also had another "problem". I've got loads of traction and tons of power, but want to show-boat a little bit with some burn outs. I can do it no problem in rain and snow but dry weather I just hook up. Is there something I can do in the transmission or tuning to put more torque out right off the line? Thanks for the help, keep it coming.

Zero Torque Mgmt. Wish I had the problem of hooking up. I just need better tires.

What does the transmission need in order to handle zero torque management? Shift kit, servos, etc.?

You probably need to loosen the convertor up a little, too. At least a 2800 stall should get you up in the power band so you can fry some donuts.

Cool so gears and a torque converter. I guess beefing up the transmission is next to really get some torque down.

Well... you're not "beefing up" a transmission to be able to deliver the power to the ground. Remanufacturing a transmission using better parts primarily helps the trans live a longer life.

** MANY here can add to the **

I just got a reman trans back to me on Wednesday. I hope it does better than the old stock unit. If not, FLT will be building the next one.
