just out of curiousity and the need to spend my money on my truck , besides running a bit cooler, how much would i benefit from a 160 or 180* thermo?

i've run across a few threads on other forums which read a 180* thermo would be higher recommended over the 160, due to the fact that these engines like to be ran warmer.. unless you are fi, then the 160* was choice.
