    WELL, the truck is still down, looks like the G-80 took out my Pinion gear! Had to run to Summit to get a gear set, and have been running around looking for new bearings. The chevy garage wanys 100$ for a set of diff. bearings!! Thank god i found them at NAPA for 50$ no one else had them. should have the detroit and gears set up by lunch time tomorrow. What a f--king expensive job this damn G-80 cost me!!

    the ring gear is fine, you just couldnt tell about the pinion till we pulled the differential out. Then we saw the chunk out of it. Your right, nomore worries till the next breakage&#33;

    Damn guy. Breaking parts already&#33; I am proud of you. What will be the weak link after the rear end?

    I am saving my pennies now for a rear end and a driveshaft.
