    Oh yeah, Thanks go out to Jeff for the hose clamp. The backfire blew my intake hose off and the hose clamp fell off on the track somewhere.

    best time 12.93 1/4 mi @ 103 in the turbo truck.

    BTW, pulled the heads and found a bent intake valve. All else is good. Now, Hummertech, got any 243 heads laying around there somewhere? Hint Hint Nudge Nudge

    Yeah, dodged that weenie but it&#39;s still raining over here.

    Since I was able to drive it home I don&#39;t think there is anything else in the engine wrong.

    Yeah sounds like it&#39;s time for you to try out some of those new Dart heads and let us know if they&#39;re any good. Is the head itself damaged or is it just a bent valve?
