    Great truck, bro. I love that generation of Ram trucks, I used to have a
    Ramcharger myself. Glad to see a Chevy motor in there tho

    Yeah, used stainless headers for $90, but i did have to cut them up to clear the corvette oil pan

    where did you get those headers for $90, thats pratically free for stainless headers.

    My buddy works at a used car lot, a formula came in with these and the owner wanted stock stuff on there so it would pass smog....I offered them $90 since the air pump bung was cracked.....I cut it off anyway and welded it up.....

    How was rebuilding the 4l60e for you? did you run into any issues or need any special tools? i have a few that i believe ill need to get prior to building mine but wanted to hear from someone who's done it. thanks!

    Well, I did order a few special tools, weled up my own spring compressor, ordered a low reverse piston return spring compressor, pump alignment tool, teflon seal installer and sizer....It was work the money in tools bacuase I have also done a few more local people in my area, some of them are running low 11's in 400+hp camaros....

    If you plan on doing this yourself buy one of those tech videos so that you get familiar with parts and how to remove and reinstall them....video is only like $15 and its how I learned to do it....but keep in mind the video I ordered wasn't performance oriented, even if you get a transgo shift kit, get a hd pump slide spring, I like the z-pack, never had an issue with one in my 525hp camaro that runs 10.22..
