I agree with RedHeartBeat %100 We should not let the potty mouths cloud up the site.

99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.
Its just a basic rule to follow. Not hard at all. I'm all for a clean site!!
For those that think this site has gone lame lately with technical help, advice or articles, put up or shut up. There are a lot of people that come to this site and suck the life out of it and don't contribute. Be a supporter of the website rather than using it only for personal gain. If I do something new that nobody has done before or have great success with, I do my best to document it for others. Sometimes the simplest things can make somebody's day. Let's learn from one another, never be afraid to be the teacher.![]()

That would be great. But you're wasting your time posting info here unless you happen to be one of the regular gods (who sometimes seem to be somewhat clueless). Lots of groupies and nutswingers here. So this ends up a site to come and just watch the BS happen.
There is some good LS info here. But some refuse to believe the rest of the automotive world exists, which ends up leaving them without an understanding of the basics.
My hand was "slapped" lol. I went to see if yours was "slapped" David, I guess you have RESPEK here.
Really? Have you helped to advance this website with anything other than to dispute someone else's post? Have you personally written any technical articles for others or are you one of those sucking the life of of what used to be a great website? Those that cannot simply reply to a post and move on their way are a bigger thorn in the side of the site than those that post misinformation. We don't want people coming to the site just to see the battles of the mega-know-it-all personalities that will argue the color of the night sky.![]()

where I work, if you were to swear in the office you can pretty much gaurantee you'll be packing your bags to look for another job. Professional people don't act or speak profanity and if this site actually makes you think twice about using profanity in public then it will be better for you in the long run. For some reason I see you swearing in church while sitting next to your grandmother, if she's still alive, and not thinking twice about it. I'm sad to think that you find it necessary to use profanity in your everyday conversation to strangers. I've actually seen guys laid out cold on the concrete for swearing in front of a lady.

I'm going to throw in one more bit of information that hasn't been mentioned:
1.) This is Allen's site
2.) Allen has either developed or agreed to the rules that have been created.
3.) Not swearing is one of those rules.
4.) YOUR OPINION OF WHETHER THE RULE IS STUPID OR UNFAIR OR UNREALISTIC IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT. It's one of the rules you agreed to when you signed up here. When you clicked the "AGREE" button, that meant you would abide by the rules.
