Upper radiator hose = Gates #20893 (no idea of what the vehicle fitment is)
Combination = '02 F-body LS1 and 28" all metal radiator.
Lower hose from the '02 Silverado fit fine.

Per the S&P writeup on putting a 5.3 into a '97 tahoe I used '99 silverado upper and lower hoses. Just tried them out and they fit perfectly on my '73 K5 with a 4-core 454 radiator.![]()
640850 3/8" hard tube (LT1, LT4, LS1 Pressure Side) 1
640860 5/16" hard tube (LT1, LT4, LS1 Return Side) 1
These are Russell Part numbers not too expensive at like 16 bucks a piece at summit racing

Ref: upper hose.
Again I have a LS1 5.7 from an '02 F-body, my water outlet comes straight out the front. By the looks of the '02 Silverado 5.3 upper hose it looks like the water outlet may come out the top. I don't know, I just know it didn't work for me.
That's the hose I'm using too, it just has a small kink in it. The best hose would probably be one of the convoluted copper hoses that alloys you to bend it however you want. They're about $80 but worth every penny.
