Thread: Installing Headers today

    The install went good only had to cut the factory Y pipe in two freaking places to get it out. Got a pic of him with torch lookin crazy. Anyways the headers look great and the wire strap was easy to fab and mount with the two holes that are already in the head. Got some pic that I will post later.

    leave me and the torch outta this..

    UPDATE: took it to the muffler shop to have my dual spintech's put on.. after he did some modifying, i now have true duals with X-pipe and the truck sounds MEAN at WOT!!!!!!

    bluecajun, you will be happy with the set up, but i suggest giting 2 band clamps for the 2 slip on connections.. other than that, they are awesome..

    once i have everything mocked up and fastened, i'm going to weld the slip joints together.
