    Well I found a shop about a hour away and they got me fixed up. It was $350 but I'm legal now so I can't complain. They had to put some tiny high flow cats to make it work and they barely got everything to clear. If anyone else runs into the same problem then look up All Star Brake in Longview and they can fix you up. Thanks for the help
