I love RedHeartbeat's converter and I don't drive it much. I have video on my phone near Texas Stadium of how it does in traffic...then more running mid-11's later that night.

I think mine is 9.5" I tow a 14' enclosed trailer some times filled as full as it can get. My truck pulls better than stock. I also have a Trailblazer SS and when the trans goes out and I get to start modding it the tranny will get a pi converter. Just make sure you get a really good transmission cooler and a temp gauge.

HEY ,Ide kinda like to see that traffic video,if any way ?Ive heard alot of people say that they tow ,and theyre converters are good in traffic, every converter ive ever had that was 10.5 and lower diameter, and above 3k stall was not good for either. Now granted i havent had a PI or yank so im not calling it out, just curious.I have had lower stall 11 inch ups that were fine for towing and traffic, but also theyre flash wasnt high either.you could barely tell they were a stall.Just curious of the technoligy. The last converter i had in my truck last year was a tci[i know theryre junk]and it was supposed to be a 28-32 stall 10.5.well i put it in and it was more like a 4500 stall,i could barely put it in o.d. and taking off i had to just about floor it and rip the tires off to get it to move, seriously.when i called tci and ask the deal they told me its because i have a heavy truck.not acceptable to me .ripped it out.more wasted money.so sorry to jack ya bud ,but hopefully this helps both of us,because im still in search of a good all round converter thats REALLY streetable ,but will make a nice difference on the et.s.Ide appreciate any vids of normal take off ,towing ,and just cruising, even launches.thanks .I just think theyres alot of misconceptions about what converters are GOODfor the street and everyday driving,i believe its a pretty wide variety to make evryone happy.thank again.

I never posted it because it's off my phone and is poor quality. If Greg posts that it's OK I'll link it tomorrow or the next day. Not sure why he'd care...
