OK, so I decided I'm gonna buy a vette servo. I was reading a how-to on an S-10 truck website showing how to install a vette servo, the how-to said that when you take the servo cover off you're more than likely gonna tear the o-ring and that buying an extra before the installation is a good idea. I was wondering if any of you guys had this happen and if you did, what size is the o-ring???

It did not happen to me but in case it does the kit should come w/all new O-rings anyways. Oh and I can't find a # to OPT, so just go to OPT.com and send them an e-mail.

Well, easy way to take out the old servo and install the new one:
Use an 18" pry bar. Push against the underside of the floorboard against the center of the servo. It comes out quite easily. Reinstall is a bit trickier--but you'll get it.

Edit: Well billet servo, but should be the same for vette servos
FYI billet servos will be a little different than the covette servo, corvette servo goes back like a stock one, the billet one is different, its super easy though surely u cant figure it out

Throttle body bypass and maybe a descreened stock MAF is a good cheap mod.
