    262 is the advertised duration, the duration we go by is duration at .050 in. lift. for this baby cam its only 200/200. hillbilly6.0, just do a little searching to familiarize yourself with what size cams people run for their specific applications. For instance, i'm running a Thunder Racing 224/224- .556/.556- 112 lsa in my 6.0 with a 3k stall. this cam is a higher rpm cam and my truck is more of a play toy than a dd or tow rig, so it works good for me.

    ok so if im going to tow and use for daliy driver i should probley look for somthing thats good for idle to 5000 rpm and a tork convter thats in the 2000 rpm range

    I think the stock stall is around 1800. I would contact Nelson Performance and tell them what you use your truck for and what your goals are. They can help you out with a cam and point you in the right direction for a stall.

    Nelson recommended me to get one no bigger than 2600 for towing and off-roading. I will probably end up getting a 2400. Welcome to the site, these guys are extremely knowledgeable.
