If you paid with a credit card, dispute it with them. Eff Paypal, they are part of Ebay and only want to make money. They could care two S's less about taking care of you.

Wait no longer than 20 days to file. I bought plenty of parts through ebay using paypal. As long as you file before 30 days and give the seller time to respond to paypal, paypal will refund your money within 24-48 hours. Ive had my money refunded twice. Nothing to worry about except waiting too long to file for a dispute. You can always file the dispute early and close it out once you recieved the product. Thats what Ive been doing lately just to let sellers know that I dont eff around.

File the claim now in other words. Also I always use a Credit card when purchasing anything thru paypal. Cause your credit card will back you every time no matter what.
