    i have seen rear ends go and take the trans with them many times..have a had it happen...no, but i blew my first rear end on the launch, no shifting from first to 2nd...yours could have just caught that one magical spot....i did blow a sprague in a converter and lose a motor because of that though

    As long as they fix it under warrenty I wont really care. Another week down you know... whatever. I could see if I were really into it when the rear end gave or if it locked up when I was running 70 on the highway. But Cruisin up town... half throttle... 20 mph to 25 mph??? something doesnt add up for it to supposed to be BUILT.

    I blew something in my 60e too but it was at the strip pushing nitrous. Lost all fwd gears but still had reverse. Weird. Found no broken parts inside.

    If you found no broken parts what was it? I still have forward... I just haft to shift it out manually... Drive doesnt work. Its like a slapstick with no drive option... Reverse works as well just to throw it in there. ALL bs aside it runs like a champ when I am shifting it out

    Going to check the sprag tomorrow and see if its now turning/locking the wrong direction. I think I may have forced them past center.

    that is something like that guy told me. Where are they located at in the tranny? the man at the trans shop said he put a upgraded one in mine and he said he believes thats what broke...

    It's the reverse input sprag. I showed another guy his...it was good when it was put in....we'll see....LOL

    Super C? Maybe it's a trade name...?
