im working on a professional photographer to come and cover the event, i told her that i want a video camera on the strip all day, full video of the burnout contest and that we will have a place we can pull up and do shots of our trucks to have some good pics. Im working on just getting het to come for a small fee and then just her making the money off whatever pics/ dvds she sells. i know i will have pics taken of all my trucks, and get the dvd for sure. she is supose to let me know for sure if she is going to do it. i was going to wait till i knew for sure b4 i posted it, nut just letting yall know. but i will still have my camera and vid rec to shoot some behind the scene pics.....lol

Then we create an account on Photobucket that we're all PM'd the login name and password to. Then everyone uploads pictures to different folders in that account ("People", "Trucks", "Staging", "Racing", etc.).

Then we can generate html code from ALL of the pictures and post them in a single thread. Then the videos in another. Then we sticky both threads in the meet section.

I know we have our own photo hosting on the site, but sorry, it isn't as user-friendly as Photobucket.

    Thoughts?

(This is all in addition to getting a dedicated videographer & photographer.)
Kinda like they do at some weddings...have a "pro" take vids/pics and have everyone do their own as well and compile them all together. Its like you get to see it from everyones different perspective and all that. Im down to get a dvd too!
