I am missing a few items from the motor.

    1. AC unit and hoses.

    2. Alternator

    3. Starter

I know my AC hoses will not work but will my ac compressor, alternator and starter from the 4.3 bolt to the 6.0l?

I am making a trip to the salvage yard today, what motor mounts will I need for the swap. IE 4.8 5.3 mounts work with the 6.0l?

After looking over the wiring I am going to take a guess and say that the oil sending unit from the 6.0 will not work with the 5.3 harness?

It seems the oil sending unit from the 5.3l has only one wire, the one on the 6.0l has three wires?

Also it seems the fuel rail system from the 6.0L is a return less system? What is going to be my best option for making my 4.3 fuel system work?

yeah get the mounts from a 5.3, 4.8 and get the frame mounts and the motor mounts.

some of the acc will swap over from the v6...asssuming you already have the bracket on the 6.0....

I know the flywheel from the 6.0l will not work with my 4l60e but will the flywheel from the 4.3l bolt to the 6.0l?

What year 6.0l? Early models will work with the 4.3L flywheel. Late model won't. Measure how much crankshaft sticks out of the rear cover. If you bolt it to the crank and it wont turn because its against the back of the block, its a newer engine and won't work obviously.

    Guys,

I have my harness and TB swap completed but have a question about the DBC harness. The mechanical TB has two electrical connections but it seems my harness has three? The third connection is an in line 4 plug connector that has one red wire pinned?
