HPE act like they don't care about trucks. from what I hear chuck is a good tuner, BUT, they put my cam in the 5.3 and my motor lasted 2 days. If you had a vette, gto, or f-body Then maybe but I will not take my truck back.

well after becoming friends with charlie and getting to know him a little 2 things are certainly clear.
    1. he's a great guy

    2. he'll never tune my truck again after 3+ months of phone calls, pm's, emails etc.

Charlie is a sponsor on QST and I had spoken to him many times before and stood behind him even though others were starting to say he was hard to get a hold of. Keith was one of the ones that really opened my eyes and from there it became very difficult for even myself to get a hold of charlie. How can you expect someone to stand behind u when they havent heard from u and tried so hard to get in contact with u for such a long period of time? I cant anymore and its a shame cuz the guy ever did a damn thing to me but make my truck run better. I feel like an asshole, but Nelson is getting my business from now on. Plus he can take a look at my engine and see if everything is right or not, something which ive never been able to get anyone to do properly. Charlie is a great tuner for a lot of people, but not for me anymore.

HPE Did my gears and posi over a year ago with no problems at a gre at price. I use their dyno, just have one of the other guys do the pull. They are nice enough. I do all my own engine and exhaust stuff and Nelson does my tuning so really no need to deal with Chuck. They are the closest shop to me with a dyno, like 10 mins away so I could care less if they dont like trucks, they charge the same as all the other dyno shops.. I even got a "damn" out of one of them yesterday after my pull.
