    Heck, I am surprised that your tranny has held up with the 6.0L and Diablo tune! Yes, yes--we all agree with Allen about the tranny. Since you are probably going to do a good amount of stuff to the motor, you should do a Level 4 build--at the least--with billet input and output shafts. There are several good builders out there. I would either recommend FLT or Jerry's. But Jason--since you are in Oklahomo, you might try and research some good tranny places up there--or just drive down here to DFW for a weekend. After the tranny, I would do a 3200 TC, CAI, LS2 intake, 90mm TB, cam (and valve springs/pushrods), pulleys, efans, Stage II heads, and posi. What gears you have now?

    we are building the tranny and motor at out shop Extreme performance i fail to mention that is where its taking place these guys build 8 second F bodies and are well versed in the 4L60e it will be tuned on their dyno i was just wanting motor mod sugestions im aware that the drive trane is first and foremost.     tough choice. smart way would be the transmission. My dumbass would probably try and get heads and a try to sneak in a turbo if funds were still good.

    If you really want to have fun, take a trip to the Valley, I'll take you to a little town in Mexico that does complete motor/tranny swaps and you can choose from lq4s, lq9s, ls2s, 6.2s, 07 6.0 vortecmaxs, all for 2grand more or less including labor

    ...go T-56. If I ever had to do a new tranny, I'd take it all out and do a T-56...
