    paint thinner from home depot and wipe it with rags and get a putty knife.

    Or have it steam cleaned off. Diesel fuel works good, too.

    I "pressure washed" mine off and then wiped it down with laquer thinner.

    laquer thinner is the stonger solvent and will flash fast
