    maybe i could just set the speed controller on my aero system to cut in sooner ?would that be the same thing somewhaat?
    mods:2004 sierra ext sb,20s ,big brake kit w,hawk pads,air bagged,2006 6.0 lq4 swap,vortec supercharged10psi, air to water intercooled w/ dual electric fans on it ,snow meth injection kit,60lbers, e-fans ,big radiator swap ,cam 218 /222 548/550 comp .hardened prs .1.85 comp roller rockers ,guideplates ,crane double springs,trans 4l65e built .pacesetter l/ts true duals w/x pipe and magnaflows,14 bolt rearend swap ,3.73s,aroemotive fuel pump system w/elec.fuel controller and bypass regulator a/n fittings, taylor 10.5s interceptor gauge,aem w/b a/f ,autometer boost/vac NELSON 93 OCTANE TUNED .

    Put it as close to the intake as possible in the cold air pipe. I'm not an expert on boost at all. I just know how it works. I've never had a boosted LSx engine that I've built so I'm not really sure what the solution is but I'm trying to analyze what's going on and what may fix it.

    Yeah, you could setup the pump to boost the pressure earlier but it doesnt need to be maxxing out the pump voltage when the engine isn't under load. The hobbs switch will turn the pump up when pressure is present.

    instead of coming on at 3k ill set it to come on at 2-25k how that sound?thats my billet speed controller.cause if i have it in tow haul it dont do it.

    so i could use both?if ness.the hobbs also?and what wires would i connect 2 on that i see it ha s 2 .would it be my fuel pump wires or what wires do i hook the hobbs 2. ithink were getting somewere her i appreciate the patience red.

    Wire the Hobbs switch into the manual override terminal at the bottom of the connectors. Its a ground wire. Run a wire from the terminal at the controller to the hobbs switch and then on the opposite side of the switch run the wire to a ground. Adjust the hobbs switch to trigger on at 2-3 psi.

    yeah, that will be a ground circuit for the SWT terminal.
