Sorry, we noticed. Wish I coulda met ya....

Things went well for the most part.

I'll expell the greatness of TRANSMISSION EXCLUSIVE (940)-627-7855 (if it's allowed) as they helped a lot with a goofy part (reverse input housing clutch return spring retainer) on Saturday. There are more details about the exchange but y'all will have to wait.

I'll let Mozey tell the rest.

    I had fun.

Finished the trans at 6:00. Odd things broken and messed up but fixed them. Only future issue could be the 2-4 servos. Hopefully Moze put them back together correctly. The way this setup was assembled was very foreign/odd looking to me. Moze and Virgil are having an assembly party tomorrow, putting the rebuilt unit back in the truck.

Can't wait. Wish I knew what you meant but it's been a few hours since I left and been a few more other things too....

Why didn't "we" put the 2-4 pistons back in like they came out?

    LOL

they were nasty and sticking, had all kinds of nastiness from the burned up clutchs and stuff in them. Also had to polish the pin to remove the scratches on them.

First of all a huge thanks to Virgil for the ride and getting that one bolt started (), Nathan for making the trip, bringing some extra parts and tools that came in very handy, and helping with the rebuild, and Greg for the use of your place, your time, and...what else did you do? Oh yeah, doing the rebuild!

All in all things went fairly well. A little worried about the servo but Casey said it looked right, so here's hoping. Virgil and I are going to start around noon today getting everything buttoned back up so hopefully I have a running vehicle by this evening.

    Thanks again guys.
