Exhaust install cost????

Hey guys what are typical exhaust installation cost. I will be running 2.5 pipe. I have already purchased a pair of 40 series flowmasters. I have a 5.3 in a 1987 short bed.

It depends on where you are located, however, it should run somewhere between $250-400.00. Take into consideration the material of the pipe, aluminum will be alot higher.

thats a pretty dead on.. mine cost 400 for 3.5 single in duel out including muffler cost.

aluminum exhaust pipe? I hope you meant aluminized for rust prevention. Now stainless will cost a whole lot more and if its the right grade will never rust in your lifetime or the life of the truck. Don't be fooled, some grades of stainless do rust.

Red, do you know the grade(s) to look for, on the stainless?

i had 3" duals ran cost me 200.00 then had 2.5 duals ran cost me 140.00

but then again like mentioned depends on where you live!!

i have an 82 c10 with a 5.3L. i bought mufflers and a x pipe. a local muffler shop is charging me $140 with aluminized pipe and labor with turn downs and $180 with tail pipes.
